Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to Australians and tracked international shipping. There is no shipping cost but only GST—we want your experience to be simple and efficient.

Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day return window. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. This applies to unopened and unused items only.

Refund Eligibility

At Parenting Genie, we hope your purchase makes you happy. Should your goods not satisfy you, you may ask for a refund under the following guidelines:

• The item must be returned thirty days after purchase.
• The item must be unopened and unused in its original packing.
• Processing any refund claims calls for proof of purchase.

Non-refundable item

• Products that have been used or opened.
• Sales merchandise or gift certificates are not refundable.

Refund Procedures

Please email our admin staff at admin@parentinggenie.com.au with your order number and return justification to request a refund. After your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Except in circumstances of a broken or erroneous product, the expense of return shipping falls on the consumer.

Refund Chronology

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and let you know the situation regarding your reimbursement. If approval goes through, your reimbursement will be handled in 5 to 7 business days. Your original payment method will be credited with a refund.
