No Soft Bedding: Keep the crib free from fluffy blankets, pillows, bumper pads, and stuffed animals that may pose suffocation hazards.
Firm Mattress Matters: Use a firm, flat mattress that fits snugly into the crib without gaps to avoid entrapment.

 

    • Always Place Baby on Their Back: Lay your infant to sleep on their back for naps and nighttime sleep. This reduces the risk of SIDS significantly.
    • No Tummy Time for Sleep: Reserve tummy time for supervised play while your baby is awake.
