Telehealth/Phone Consultations
How It Works:
Purchase Your Session: Choose a 45-minute phone consultation or opt for the two-session package at a special price.
Fill Out the Form: After booking, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short form where you can provide details about your child and list up to 3 concerns or topics to discuss during the consultation. This helps us prepare to address your specific needs.
Receive Your Call: Once you’ve submitted the form, one of our expert Maternal Child Health Nurses will contact you within 4 hours at the phone number you provided. Each session lasts up to 45 minutes.
Follow-Up Sessions: If you’ve purchased the two-session package after your initial call, you can email us to schedule your remaining session at a time that works for you.
