Instructions

Place a tortilla on a heated pan.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Add sliced bell peppers and red onion on top of the cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook until cheese melts.
Slice into wedges and enjoy these cheesy and veggie-packed quesadillas.
