Veggie and Cheese Quesadillas​

Ingredients
  • Whole-grain tortillas
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella)
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Sliced red onion
Instructions
  • Place a tortilla on a heated pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and red onion on top of the cheese.
  • Fold the tortilla in half and cook until cheese melts.
  • Slice into wedges and enjoy these cheesy and veggie-packed quesadillas.
