Rainbow Pasta Salad

Ingredients

8 oz fusilli or rotini pasta
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1/4 cu1/4 cup chopped fresh basilp ch1/4 cup chopped fresh basilopped fresh basilerry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 table spoon red wine vinegar
1 tea spoon honey

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, basil, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar and honey.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
