Pita Pocket Pizzas​

Ingredients
  • 2 whole-wheat pita pockets
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Veggie toppings (e.g., 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes)
Instructions
  • Open a whole-wheat pita pocket to create two halves.
  • Spread tomato sauce inside the pita pockets.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  • Add your choice of veggie toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Close the pita pockets and toast them until the cheese melts.
