Parenting Genie Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Voluntary Participation

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the yoga classes and activities provided by Parenting Genie. I understand that these activities involve physical movement, stretching, and exercises, which may carry the risk of physical injury. By participating, I agree that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk, and I accept full responsibility for any injury or damages that may occur as a result of my participation. This acknowledgment empowers me to take control of my safety during the activities.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that physical activity, such as yoga, may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, and potential accidents. I have been informed of the general nature of the class and agree that I am physically capable of participating. By ticking the box, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including unforeseen risks.

3. Medical Condition Disclosure

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the class. I will consult a healthcare professional if I have any medical concerns before attending. I will inform Parenting Genie of any relevant medical conditions, such as an unstable pelvis, that may affect my ability to participate in the activities safely. I understand that the instructors are not medical professionals and that I am responsible for monitoring my health during the class.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation in these activities, I hereby release and discharge Parenting Genie, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or because of my participation, including any claims of negligence (excluding gross negligence). I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parenting Genie, its employees, and instructors from any claims resulting from my class participation.

5. Agreement Confirmation

By ticking the box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver. I fully accept the risks involved and agree to participate at my own risk. This confirmation of agreement signifies my commitment and responsibility as a participant.
