Schedule Your Zoom Session

Once you submit the form, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your Zoom consultation at a time that works for you.

Join Your Consultation:

Join your consultation at the scheduled time through the Zoom link in your confirmation email. Our expert Maternal-Child Health Nurse will be ready to offer personalised, evidence-based advice and support for your specific concerns.
